1st Alliance in Jewell, IA opened in March of 2017 and is the seventh branch location.

The bank operated out of a temporary location until the new facility was complete in June of 2018 at 548 Main St, Jewell, IA. The office includes both 1st Alliance and Town & Country Insurance.
